Welcome, my fellow Americans, to 1787. It has been over a decade since our American Revolution first began, and over 6 years since our subsequent victory over the British tyrants. As we have all seen, the government that has been in existance within our nation since that time has proven ineffective... it is time that we convene to set up a new government that can last for eternity and provide the nation with the proper structure and administration.

So be it resolved that we gather here to form our own Constitution.
